Its episode 4 and the last one was so good, the host had to continue talking about how necessary it is for connections. They talk about learning the world system and operating in principles in the marketplace. 

The connections we need in the marketplace are important and it does not matter your beliefs, who YOU are, or who you’re working with. So why are connections important? They’re important because it’s not always what you have or know. Connections are meant assist you. We may not know the next steps or have the connections others may have.
